Our Coaching For Nurses Team is growing every day. Our team of experienced nurses and healthcare professionals are not all listed here (yet), but will be soon once we have completed bio’s and photos.
We combine the extensive experience we have all gained from working in acute care departments (ER, ICU, NICU) in hospitals with our skills in coaching, communication, empathic listening, training, and professional development.
Our Coaching For Nurses team looks forward to helping you develop the strategies you need to live your life with the essential balance to support your personal relationships, interests and goals with your successful healthcare career. We will help you engage patients, families and colleagues compassionately and collaboratively within fast-paced, challenging healthcare environments while not losing sight of your personal and professional goals.
Our passion is coaching, consulting, and training the healthcare professionals and teams who care for all of us. For our team, this is work that doesn’t feel like “work” because of how rewarding it is. There is nothing better than having the opportunity to coach and train high-performing teams and seeing the results consisting of a top-notch collaborative team providing compassionate and empathic care to the patients and families we serve.
Achieving your optimal life-career balance and success? – Priceless; as is retaining your experienced healthcare team.
